I started training as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in the early 90s. Over the years my passion continued to grow to help people live a healthy lifestyle. I've increased my repertoire to include certifications in: Strength Training, Personal Training, and Cycling. My workouts vary from beginner to advanced and are all challenging. I believe in helping others become stronger by pushing them out of their comfort zone; all while making them laugh(sometimes mean mug and curse as well) and enjoy their workout. My goal as a trainer is to hold my fitness family accountable to be the best version of themselves.
